CALL OF PAPERS:

Authors are invited to send abstracts (one page) in the prescribed templates along with the registration form to the conveners (icsm2014@mnit.ac.in) before 15 June 2014. All paper submissions must be typed in ENGLISH.

An individual may submit and present maximum two papers. The abstract will be peer reviewed and authors will be informed of the acceptance of the paper. Notification of acceptance for each paper will be sent via e-mail within 20 June 2014. All communications will only be given to the principal author at the indicated contact e-mail address. If no answer is received till 20 June 2014, please contact the Secretariat.

Accepted papers will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation as per the decision made by Scientific Committee’s. Authors may indicate desired presentation style (oral or poster presentation) during the submission of abstract.

Only accepted papers will only be included in the Final Program if the principal author has registered and paid the registration fee in full before the closing date for early bird registration.

PUBLICATION OF PAPERS:
Manuscript will be published in Journal of Macromolecular Symposia.

The Organizing Committee have the copyright of each submitted and accepted paper and is entitled to use and publish it for all purposes of the Conference usage without any further notice.

STUDENT PRESENTATION AWARDS
15 best papers presented by students (Oral and poster ) will be selected by the Scientific Committee during the conference.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
  1. » You have to give a seminar style of presentation.
  2. » It should not exceed the maximum time limit of 10 minutes.
  3. » The chairs will by necessity be very strict with this time.
  4. » Make sure to give enough emphasis to your main message in the relatively short time available to you.
  5. » Please avoid over crowded slides or slides that are difficult to read. Texts should be kept short and preferably not more than 8 lines per slide.
  6. » All slides should be readable by every participant seated anywhere in the conference hall.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
  1. » The size of the poster should be of A0 size ((length)1189 mm x (width)841mm)).
  2. » The pins for hanging the poster will be provided by the organizers.
  3. » Please avoid over crowded text or low font size text that are difficult to read.
  4. » Ensure about good quality of images.
